COMPANY PROFILE

SIS was created in November 2.000 as a daughter of GUILERA GROUP, based in Molins de Rei (Barcelona), with the purpose to differentiate it´s activity from GUILERA S.A.

GUILERA S.A. founded in 1953, has focussed its business to the design, development, manufacturing and supply of electronic components for the automotive industry and other applications. Basically OEM´s in the market segments of truck, motorcycle and passenger car among others in South Europe are served under the brand GUILERA.

In order to differentiate some specific export markets, it was decided to create an other company with it´s own brand to serve the above mentioned market segments but in other geographic areas.
